Student Management: Changing student passwords?

(This is a contact WISE request that has been resolved in December 2020. Personal user information has been omitted)

Teacher’s Question
A student has forgotten their password and is unable to recover it using their security question.

I did all of these steps: Find the run in your Teacher Home Page, click the “Teacher Tools” button on the run, click on the “Manage Students” icon on the left side bar.

However, this is where I am stuck. I see a button to change all students’ passwords, but there is no button to change individual student’s passwords near their name.

In the “Manage Students” page, you can change an individual’s password by clicking the “Change Password” button next to their name. If a student does not have a “Change Password” button next to their name, it means that they used their Google account to register with WISE. They will need to sign in to Google in order to log into WISE. If they forgot their Google password, they will need to change their password through Google.
