I used to login using Google. My school district has since put restrictions on which webpages we use linked to our Google accounts. I have made a new account, but was wondering if I could get my old WISE account linked and access to the information with the new log in information?

Sure, we can help with this. Are you still able to log in to your old account using Google? If so, you can actually update the account yourself to use a username and password instead. To do so, log in to your account and then select “Edit Profile” from the account menu:
You should then see an option to “Unlink Google Account”:
Select this option and you will be prompted to select a password. Once you submit, your Google account will be removed and you will log in to your existing account with your username and password.
If you aren’t able to log in to your old account using Google anymore, let us know, and we can help you manually link the accounts.
