Discussion posts don't support extended characters in Spanish (like accents)

Hi! Posts from students in a discussion don’t support UTF-8 format. This is crucial in Spanish because accents are not recognized. Same thing happens when a student visualize a concept map (initially, the nodes support UTF-8 but when the map is displayed by the student, the accent is not shown and instead appears a black diamond with the question mark in the middle.
