Hey WISE users,
We’ve enabled the archive unit feature in the unit library for your personal units. This will allow you to hide units you no longer want to see or use. You can always restore them if you change your mind. This archive feature is mainly for organizational purposes.
Archiving One Unit at a Time
To archive a unit in your personal unit library, click on the “Unit Library” tab and then click on the “My Units” tab. Click on the unit you want to archive and the info card for the unit will pop up.
In the unit info card, click on the 3 dots on the right to open the menu for the unit.
Click the “Archive” option in the menu and the unit will be moved to the Archived section.
Archiving Multiple Units at the Same Time
You can also archive multiple units at a time. Click the checkboxes for the units you want to archive and then click the “Archive selected units” button that appears near the top of the screen.
You can also easily select many units at a time by using the “Select all units” checkbox near the top left of the screen. You can use this checkbox to select all or unselect all the units that are on the page. Note that if you use the checkbox to select all the units, only the units you see on the page will be selected. In the example below I have 133 units but only the 12 on the page are actually selected.
Viewing Archived Units and Restoring Units
To see your archived units, you can use the “View” selector near the top of the screen to choose “Archived”.
If you have a unit that you’ve archived but want to move it back to the “Active” section, you can restore it. In the “Archived” view, instead of seeing “Archive” buttons, you will now see “Restore” buttons.
